You changed your mind
We are aware that you might find that your purchase is not what you were hoping. Returning a nondefective product is possible:
- within 14 days from the invoice date;
- if the product is in new, unused condition;
- all the original packing material and invoice/receipts are available.
We will not refund the shipping costs.
The items are not the ones I ordered/are damaged
Returning an incorrect order (we shipped the wrong item) will not incur in any charge.
If you received a damaged order, please inform us promptly. We might require photographic evidence of the damage. Once the damage is assessed, we will evaluate with you what is the best course of action. Returning a damaged item will not incur in any charge.
Incorrect and damaged items will be replaced with like-per-like items where available. If a replacement is unavailable, they will be refunded in full.
Refunds and replacements will take place only after your order is back to our warehouse.

- please find your order number (on the receipt or email received from us);
- take any picture of the damaged item if this is the case;
